We Deserve Better... As you see below this is the state of our community.  Our Bylaws state "The Association shall maintain all COMMON AREAS and property owned by the ASSOCIATION and all improvements thereon, in good condition at ALL TIMES".  How can a board violate its own bylaws that we all agreed to when moving here?
